B. Pharmacy

A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Phamacy) course is a four year programme. This is affiliated to JNTU Hyderabad. It is recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The College has been approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. The Total Intake of B.Pharmacy Course is 100 seats.

Laboratories

Center for Information Technology (CIT)​

The center for information technology is the nerve centre of JJ College of Pharmacy. It keeps the faculty and staff interconnected in a high speed LAN environment. Equipped with the latest version of operating systems and application packages, the CIT offers students the opportunity to gain hands on experience in IT applications that provides them with the confidence to face challenges in the global workplace which has its foundations in IT.

Medicinal Garden

Medicinal plants garden covering a total area of 1000 square yards has been developed at the college campus. More than fifty varieties of various medicinal plants have been planted. The plants grown in this garden are useful in the practical classes of pharmacognosy, phytochemistry and natural products. It provides strong impetus for herbal drug research and for the training of our students in phytochemistry.

Herbal Museum

A herbal museum has been developed which displays of about 40 crude drugs of natural origin, some animal and plant specimens. The museum helps the students to recognize and identify the crude drugs which are having therapeutic significance.

Scope of B. Pharmacy
